Location: Bognor Regis
We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse / Keyworker to join a warm and welcoming nursery setting in Bognor Regis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the early development of children and work as part of a supportive team.
The Role:

Responsible for a key group of around 12 children

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities

Carry out regular observations and termly assessments

Liaise closely with parents and carers, building strong relationships

Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider setting

Attend a weekly staff meeting on Wednesdays from 5–6pm
-
Half-hour unpaid lunch break
The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or above)

Has experience working in a nursery or early years setting
-
Confident in planning, observations, and assessments

Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach
-
A team player who is passionate about early childhood development
